SCDT conducts auditions to ensure that each dancer is a good fit for the team, both in terms of skill level and team dynamics. Unlike some other teams that may accept anyone interested, we prioritize creating a cohesive and high-performing team. Auditions allow us to evaluate technical abilities, adaptability to various dance styles, and overall performance quality, ensuring that every dancer can meet the team's standards. Additionally, this process helps us maintain a positive and supportive team environment by selecting individuals who share our commitment to hard work, creativity, and collaboration. By carefully choosing members through auditions, we build a team that not only excels on stage but also thrives together offstage.
